Prices and Cancellation Policy

All our prices include VAT and tourist tax, so you will not have to worry about any additional charges when making your booking.

General Cancellation Policy

A payment of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking, except during the non-refundable rate periods listed below. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival date, the amount paid will not be refunded, but it may be used towards another stay during the 2026–2027 winter season, until 4 April 2027, subject to availability and the rates applicable to the new dates.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date, you will forfeit 100% of the amount paid, which cannot be used towards a future stay.

Non-Refundable Rates: 100% Payment

For stays during the following periods, 100% of the total amount must be paid when confirming your booking:

From 26 December 2026 to 6 January 2027.

From 1 February 2027 to 1 March 2027.

From 22 March 2027 to 4 April 2027.

• These rates are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded and cannot be used towards another stay.
