Prices and Cancellation Policy

All our prices include VAT and tourist tax, so you won't have to worry about any additional charges when making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Upon confirmation of the reservation, payment of 50% of the total amount is required. In case of cancellation:
• If cancelled more than 7 days before the reservation date, the amount paid will not be refunded, but may be used for another stay during the 2024-2025 winter season, subject to availability and according to the rates in effect on the new dates.
• If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, 100% of the amount paid will be lost, with no possibility of reusing it for future stays.

Non-Refundable Rates:

• From 5/12/24 to 8/12/24
• From 12/26/24 to 1/6/25
• From 2/23/25 to 3/9/25
• From 4/15/25 to 4/21/25 Holy Week

For these dates, 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. These rates do not allow modifications or cancellations.
